GIS Coordinator
The Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Coordinator provides skilled technical work for management, maintenance and operation of the City’s and the Twin County E911 GIS database. The GIS Coordinator performs the following services:
Maintains records, data files, prepares reports, and other related work.
Provides responsible long-term GIS planning.
Prepares mapping, graphics and other documents as necessary for communication with the City Council, City staff, Twin County E911 Regional Board, Galax Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, and City staff.
Ensure that maps produced for public use are accurate and complete.
