C. Offerors must demonstrate financial stability by providing the most recent audited financial statements. Provide an overview of company to demonstrate the company’s stability.
VIII. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
O. Contract Terms must include the following Cooperative Procurement statement:
COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT Pursuant to Virginia Code Section § 2.2‐4304 “Cooperative Procurement”, any resultant contract of this solicitation may be extended to any public agency or body in the Commonwealth of Virginia to permit those public agencies or bodies to purchase at contract prices, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall deal directly with each public agency or body in regard to order placement, delivery, invoicing and payment.
